If you’re not used to exercise this is the perfect introduction. This program incorporates the same elements as the group fitness program above, but pared back for beginners. Walks are according to your level, and may include:
4 Week Program: Slow Burn, Hiking Circuit, Light Bushwalk - $150
If group sessions aren’t what you’re looking for but you have a walk to train for, this is a great option. Programs are tailored to your needs and the trail you’re training for, for you to pursue on your own, with follow up coaching and advice by phone or email. Perfect for those planning to walk Hinchinbrook or Kokoda.
