Location & Duration |
| Trail Cardio: City based training specifically for hikers and bushwalkers. Expect hills, steps, beach walking or any combination of these! Great for intermediate fitness levels. Bring your pack to get even more out of the session. |
Castle Hill, North Ward, Rowes Bay or Pallarenda. 1 HOUR Call to confirm this week’s meeting point. |
| Hiking Circuit: Focuses on joint stability, core strength and functional strength, all the things you need to keep safe on the trails. All fitness levels catered for, also suitable for those with injuries. |
Soroptimist Park, Rowes Bay (opposite the caravan park, next to the slide). 1 HOUR |
| Bushwalks: EPIRB, first aid kit & safety equipment carried on every walk. See our Trail Maps for where you’ll walk. These sessions will generally go for more than an hour. |
